Meat not grown by ranchers much àny more. It is grown by Big Farma, where the animals are stuffed with starchy carbs to make cheap tasteless, dry, lean Frankenmeat. Then it is processed with wa\er to add more weight.

It is hard to find decent meat.

I’m aware of Corporate Ranches. There are still small to mid size ranches around. We have a lot around here. I see round ups all the time. Real cowboy stuff. Although you can see them using cell phones. Now that kinda kills the aura.

It is. My son said to try Cosco. It was delicious! Tasty and tender.

“It is hard to find decent meat.”

That’s total BS. You sound like a liberal trying to use propaganda by saying bad thing about meat.

“to make cheap tasteless, dry, lean Frankenmeat”

Really? Not my experience. Good meat is easy to find. I’d prefer the option to buy directly from ranches but that doesn’t work where I live. But I have no trouble finding meat that is NOT dry, lean or tasteless.

May we guess that you really don’t know all that much about farming?
