Yes I know the chinese leadership are a bunch of PRCs and that’s the Truth. But they have been forced upon US for decades and we finally have someone on our side willing and able to deal with them. If not to our advantage then at least on equal footing. And he deals with them the same as he does with all his adversaries. Sorry if you thought I was infringing upon your right to speak the truth.

I’m also pointing to a distinction between diplomatic speech (which our representatives are sometimes forced to use) and the naked truth.
