Title: “North Korea hides weapons at airports and sanctions have been ineffective, UN says * Confidential report was sent to the Security Council as President Donald Trump prepares for a second summit with Kim Jong-un” South China Morning Post

Above link. For your reference and for this thread. I am guilty of a mindset that says “just because President Trump says it is so does not make it necessarily so in every or all cases—everything deserves its own verification.”

"Our intel probably colluding with the nasty commies."

Since the early nineties, they ARE the nasty commies which is why it was so important to Clinton to make it easy and very profitable to move industry to China.

The US Intel Community is dedicated to duplicating the Chinese system right here in the USA . They started by spreading cheap opium based drugs far and wide to break down the social and familial ties just like the British did to China.

US IC has become nothing but the muscle for the one party state the same way the IC in China is.

Putin loves us and want us to be happy. When we’re one gigantic Russian oblast, peace and order will finally have arrived in these United States.

In the meantime it would be a good idea if we tried to recover one of those missiles. If possible. Study it.

We would learn as little from that as our nuclear physicists would learn from studying a trebuchet, or a flintlock.

Let him take out a US city and see what happens to the DPRK.

Well unless it's San Francisco or Chicago, then Trump will give him an award. /sarc>

But otherwise, screw DPRK. What do you think'll happen to CHINA !!?

What remains of the missile could still be analyzed fruitfully for clues as to where the various technologies originated. Chemical (propellant), metallurgy (alloys), electronics (analog and digital), and firmware (if any). Still useful to trace back to nation state facilitators of NK’s weapon programs.

Trump will not attack Red China if North Korea shoots at us.

What other trajectory would an SLBM have other than “lofted”?

Sic the Japanese on Rocket Man. They got hardware!

Note that I replied to a post that said “if it hit a US city”.

A mere launch, no.

Losing LA or San Fran, yes.

True. Before it was known that it was SLBM, it was thought to be standard landbased SRBM.

Anything NK does is approved, and backed, by China.
Silly to send a response to anywhere but Beijing

I really think most Americans realize this.
