Don’t make the mistake of adopting the Language of the Left.
Semiautomatic Rifles are not Assault Weapons no matter what they look like.
A Baseball Bat is just a Baseball Bat until you hit someone over their Head with one. After you do, that same Baseball Bat is considered Evidence.
In regards to the 2A, gov’t has never defined the term “infringement.”
I would suggest that Chief Brackney lead by example, and refuse to carry any guns herself. And that goes for her staff as well. No guns while on duty. No guns while off duty.
They could be like the British police. Just carry a whistle. Come on Chief Brackney, what do you say?
