There is nothing in the complaint that the whistleblower actually witnessed. Absolutely everything was told to him/her by “officials” or publicly available in the media. What a joke.

What a violation of public trust and abuse of power. Changing the rules on hearsay evidence so you can make up fake stuff to try to take down an elected official?

Why would "they" tell him/her or was he/she asking around for dirt?
