MGM might as well sue the concert goers for their windows being broken. If it weren’t for the partiers, Paddock wouldn’t have had targets. Makes as much sense as MGM paying damages to the victims.
Interesting concept. I agree one makes about as much sense as the other.
This whole case stinks.
From what I’ve been hearing from lawyers who are suing the feds for evidence, they still haven’t established that bump stocks were or were not used. ATF never inspected the weapons.
