Is this the one that was started by USA Today? I seem to recall visiting it back when it was free or close to that. I have little memory of it since it wasn’t worth noting like the other DC attractions.

Yes, it was originally opened in Arlington, free or close to free admission. Then they ‘got too big for their britches’ and built this monstrosity on PA Avenue. Not sure what they will do with the building that also houses a Puck restaurant.
