A Republican attorney filed a lawsuit on Tuesday demanding that two California agencies develop a better system to verify the citizenship of people who register to vote through the Department of Motor Vehicles.
In the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Sacramento, Harmeet Dhillon alleges Secretary of State Alex Padilla is violating federal law by not verifying citizenship information from the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.
She wants the DMV to send Padilla more records related to citizenship to demonstrate that only eligible people are able to register.

They don’t want to “disenfranchise” any of their illegal alien voters. The dems paid some big bucks to get them into our country.
There’s a reason why the “concerned” commie libs want illegal aliens to be issued driver’s licenses and it has nothing to do with them being able to drive to “work”. It’s all about the Motor Voter Fraud Act.
My understanding is that they almost force everyone to register, no check for citizenship.
When you get a drivers license, they automatically want to register you to vote.
California’s done everything possible to contaminate and invalidate it’s voter pool. They should just be excluded in any national elections until it’s cleaned up.
The real question is, why does Harmeet Dhillon have to do this?

Dilution of citizenship is a serious civil rights issue and one that is forefront in Trump’s agenda.

Headline is misleading. They are not doing ANYTHING to verify citizenship of new voters.

Today non-citizens are encouraged to vote by greedy power brokers and politicians. Our once enviable judicial system is missing. In its place is a two tier system; those too powerful to arrest and those who being just plain ordinary citizens, carry no wealth & power to protect themselves. Quid Pro Quo is Third World America's new clothes...cheating and lying has replaced the hand-shake, America's honor. The Clinton's, Biden's, Kennedy's, Charles & David Koch, G. Soros for starters have over the years, bought and sold America's honor for self enrichment. The rest is history.
Citizen status is not relevant in today’s Calif.
FWIW, as long as California continues to register anybody who has a DL to vote (the so-called: Motor-Voter law), a great many illegals will continue to vote fraudulently.
Frankly, I believe that the CA “leadership” INTENDS to register a GREAT MANY more illegal aliens to vote & therefore ALL election “returns” there are “suspect” at least & likely FRAUDULENT.
I do NOT believe that ANYONE’S VOTE in CA should be allowed to count in Federal elections until/unless the ILLEGALS, EX-CONS & the other illegitimate voters are purged from the voter rolls.

CA doesn’t do anything when you register to vote to determine if you’re legal or not. When you go to the DMV to renew your license, practically no one is speaking English.
California is the RAT prototype for voter fraud. Politicians in CA are as corrupt as they come.
What about this new “star” we are supposed to be getting on our drivers’ licenses? Supposedly, that VERIFIES you are a citizen, you need a passport to get it. Don’t they have that working in California (we are in South Carolina).
I wonder if US Conservatives can pack up a couple hundred thousand people to go to England and vote for Brexit.

I don’t see this is a problem. Oh, it is illegal as hell, but politically, I don’t see a problem here.
Basically it is a question of how many million votes the commie DemocRAT will win by. They are just increasing the margin. No GOP has any chance for statewide election in California, at any level. So this is a non-issue.
It does show up the corruption of commie DemocRATs but politically, it doesn’t matter if Elizabeth Warren wins California by 4 million votes or by 6 million votes, or by 35 million votes, or by a single vote. She would still get all of California’s electoral votes either way.
This is a complete non issue. Clean up battleground states where this really matters and can throw the election.
