The House has to approve the resolution by majority vote...not going to happen. But, presuming that the House did approve the resolution, it’s still a meaningless formality. Intended as a form of public rebuke, Pelosi would read aloud the censure resolution while Schiff stands in the well of the House. Then it’s back to business as usual.
Agreed, but for effect they should file a second motion to censure Schiff over misrepresenting the "whistleblower" incident.
