What’s it mean????? No knowledge of contact or no knowledge of allegation????
The CONTACT, or if you will, the COLLUSION. It means the "whistleblower" worked with anti-Trump lawyers, Dem Congressional Staff, Intelligence Committee Chair Shiff, and others, to craft a complaint against Trump, and then submitted it as a standard IG Complaint of his own creation. The "whistleblower" did not disclose that he coordinated with Schiff and his staff, and the IG was not aware of the collusion.
At this point, the IG should WITHDRAW the complaint, and conduct an investigation.
