As I posted earlier...I told you that usually a stent insert only requires a day or two hospital down time. When his doctors made it plain he would undergo more extensive diagnostic tests...I knew that Democrat Socialist, Bernie Sanders either suffered a mild stroke or, a mild heart attack. He should retire at once!!! Any voter that casts a vote for him now is not wrapped too tight!!! Bernie is done, finished , toast. Enjoy a long, happy, restful, relaxing retirement...Bernie Sanders, A message from someone that is quite up-to-speed on Strokes and Heart Attacks!!! Hang it up Bernie!!!

Getting a stent is not that big a deal aside from the fact you need one. They insert it through your wrist and not the groin area. Had a heart attack 2 years ago. Got the stent next day and went home day after that.
Although those of us that have had a stent installed say we had a “heart attack” technically it isn’t a heart attack.
It is clogged arteries (or just one) which, if a stent isn’t put in in time, a heart attack most likely will occur if the artery is completely clogged as no blood will get to the heart through that/those artery/arteries.
I believe there are 4 arteries going to the heart.
My father had a quadruple bypass. They take veins from the legs and replace the bad arteries with those.
He lived to a normal old age after that procedure.
