Personally I think this position should be filled by an ex-military type. Retired marine col or 1-star. Type that didn’t get any more advancement because they refused to kiss ass.
Trump’s hiring record is very poor. Whoever is recommending these people to Trump needs to be fired.

I think he had better reconsider his human resources recruiter if he has one. If he doesn’t have one he need to get one that is loyal to him and his ideals.
