Deploy the National Guard
Perhaps Trump’s rallies could “second” a few hundred soldiers to the Secret Service. Aggressive acts close to where the president is/will be would certainly be considered a threat to him.
Don’t they come in only when the state governor calls them in? THIS governor would never do so. Would the President be the authority? In the dark about this.
