That’s the second reference I’ve seen today about the US quitting the IPU. I think that your information is outdated.
I believe I read last week that the US won some case that oversees the IPU issues and will now be allowed to set its own postage rates, and that we’re no longer leaving.
In about a year we will no longer give China such favorable postage rates, unless I’m remembering incorrectly (I could be wrong about this).
