Investigators became aware of the posts last week, including one dated Sept. 26 showing the man holding two AK-47 guns -- one in each hand, pointing skyward, fingers on triggers. The caption on the photo read: "One ticket for joker please," according to Redmond police.
The post comes as U.S. officials had issued warnings about the potential for mass shootings at the movie, which opened on Thursday to increased security around the Seattle-area movie theaters. FBI intelligence officials had uncovered social media posts related to extremists classified as 'incels' -- short for "involuntary celibate" -- and the man had been claiming to be one of them.
Investigators learned that the man had previous disturbing and threatening social media posts toward women in 2017, according to Redmond police's petition for being granted an Extreme Protection Order.

Police also found earlier posts, in which the man wrote, “I will shoot any woman any time for any reason,” and, “I really want to just punch a woman so hard her entire body just buckles and collapses.”

The Rifle in his right hand is a Zastava ZPAP m70 and the other is a WASR Underfolder with a rubber sissy pad on the buttstock. They are both real. Neither of them are the spooky “ghost” guns the article mentions. Not that there is anything at all wrong with building your own weapon. His trigger discipline is scarier than his tweets.
That is what I thought, but the police would figure it out one they took them.
Second amendment supporters will be among the biggest cheerleaders of the red flagging of those they consider nutters, losing their rights. Just because they vote Republican and like to shoot, does not make them patriots.

I’m just surprised that anyone would consider this normal. My dad would’ve kicked my azz to Timbuktu if I did this with even just squirt guns or bb guns when I was 10 years old. That was back when people were taught that firearms are not toys. Guess that’s not a fashionable to believe for some these days, even when it comes to full grown men.

I think most psychopath mass murderers would rant and rave on social media, not tell bad jokes. I'd probably need a little more than that, and there most likely is more than that such as his 2017 rants.

Guy has some major social issues going on.
The gun-bearing equivalent to yelling fire in a movie theatre is brandishing, and it is a felony just about everywhere. It’s a pretty basic concept.

Amazed at what passes for a true patriot to some people these days. Used to be that Americans considered those brave men and women who put their life on the line in service to their country as patriots.
Now the *real* patriot is some loser who tweets about theatre shootings and shooting any women he wants at any time. At least to some here actually believe that’s the real honest-to-god patriot.
Others beg to differ, though.
