The timelines would indicate that Black and Biden worked together at Burisma, and indeed, web archives from late 2017 show Black and Biden listed simultaneously on the board.

KYIV. Oct 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden received $900,000 for lobbying activities from Burisma Group, Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada member Andriy Derkach said citing investigation materials.
Derkach publicized documents which, as he said, “describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr.” at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine’s press center in Kyiv on Wednesday.
“This was the transfer of Burisma Group’s funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times, is affiliated with Biden. The payment reference was payment for consultative services,” Derkach said.

First of all.folks this Minneapolis POTUS, Trump campaign rally will be massively attended by tens of thousands of Trump supporters. I have been tuned in to all the Trump rallies since he announced his run for POTUS...and I have never seen attendees get in-line for rally entry 48 hours before the actual rally time!!!
The protesters may or may not turn out in large numbers to protest...but....I believe it will actually be a “Nothing Burger” failure, after they witness the mass of Trumpies they will try to confront.
As I write this hundreds, if not thousands of people are pouring into the Target Center Arena, not worried about protesters...but, worried about getting decent seats or even getting entrance into the massive rally!!!

I work in downtown Minneapolis - about two blocks from Target Center. I walked over there this morning and took a look around.
The streets around the venue are pretty much sealed off from traffic although pedestrians could walk on the sidewalks around the venue.
The only protestors I saw were pro-Trump protestors carrying signs and flags. They were standing on a street corner across from Target Center. There was about 10 of them and half were women and black guys.
I did see a number of other people wearing Trump clothing who were wandering around. I’ll be honest. Some of them looked like people you don’t wanna screw with.
I wish I could tell you what to expect today. There’ll be protestors. This is Minneapolis. People here like to protest about just about anything! However, it did rain in the overnight hours and it’s cooler today and bit breezy. More rain is expected in the afternoon and evening.
