$500K will get you a nice home in Pacoima or Arleta within a Block of the Projects. It is actually more like little tijuana, we got sidewalk restaurants,vendors,clothing,hardware, all kinds of crap stolen from people’s garages. They are lined up and down the Street and Open for Business.
