I’m not sure the judge is wrong about this

When Trump signed that budget bill that forbade use of funds for the wall, I remember Coulter warning he was effectively killing the wall

Another reminder that GOP leadership in Congress has worked hard and well to sabotage the MAGA agenda. And Trump hasn’t fought them hard enough

Hasn’t this already been addressed at the SCOTUS?

A federal judge ruled Friday ...

Why am I not f*cking surprised!? Why not on a Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday?

A Clinton appointment.

Judges appointed by Clinton and Obama should not be allowed to rule on Trump cases.

When is Judge Nap going to MSNBC.

The only time Fox News is quoted is when MSNBC agrees with them or when Fox embarrassed itself.

The funds had been previously appropriated to the DOD, and not yet spent, when Trump had the DOD divert those funds to the border wall. They were not DOD funds covered by the appropriations bill that restricted the use of THOSE funds from being spent on the border wall. - If my memory serves me correct.

the judge is wrong. Presidents for years have used their discretion, signing statements, and authority to choose where to prioritize law enforcement.

if others have done it, this one can do it.

i look for low level district thug to be over turned.

I think you are wrong. This judge has no authority to determing what is and what isn’t a national emergency — that is the sole responsibility of the President. Second, the Congress established the rules/law regarding the President’s authority to do things under a national emergency and Trump followed those to a T. Those proceedured included the ability of the Congress to vote on what the president was doing, including moving money from one pot to another and to try to override any veto the President had. They have used that proceedure twice and were vetoed. These a-holes in congress pass laws and then when they are used against them, they cry like little babies and seek their biased democrat judges to help them out.

I thought it was the President who had the authority to deem what was and what wasn't an emergency. Not some jerkoff political hack judge. Maybe I was misinformed.

It seems to me that any legislation that forbades this or forbades that takes a back seat to a national emergency. I mean, if a law says that the military cannot be stationed at, say the southern border, BUT an invading force masses on the other side, the law that forbades it is countervailing to the national interest. Right?

Let’s see. . where are we? The Dems were saying it wasn’t an emergency, then it was an emergency. . now it’s not an emergency again?

No. This will be appealed. Meanwhile, building continues apace.

As Zen Master, my court guy noted, there is no injunction at this time, so construction continues.

This was Menopausal Ann trying to dis Trump and #EpicFail.
