Ice has an office and presence at the OK County Jail. The illegal alien in question had to be released because he was not charged with rape or any other crime. ICE was notified 90 minutes before the scheduled release. ICE DID NOT RESPOND!
Those an ICE failure, not the Oklahoma County Sheriff and jail.
I wish the media would get the story straight.
