It would only cost a trillion dollars or so to bring social justice to this utility.
They would need to identify all customers by race.
Then they could have a second set of utility lines built for all blacks and hispanics.
Then those lines could keep operating during power outages!

Simply stated, there are entirely too many dumb people in this world and way to many of them are in positions that can affect all of us.
