OTOH, cocaine, meth....are ALWAYS associated with a different moral compass.

You don’t mean California. They can manipulate millions of votes in that state. I don’t trust ANY voting returns out of that state. The Demonrats haven’t permitted a Republican to defeat one of theirs for Congress since 1994 (out of hundreds of races, a statistically impossibility given that there are 53 House seats up each cycle).
