California's Gov. Gavin Newsom signs law to put illegals on state boards

Talk about disenfranchisement. In California, seems it's not enough that foreign nationals who've just spilled over the U.S. border from the south can get free education, free health care, free housing, and all that — now it looks as though locals may just find themselves lorded over by foreign nationals with zero loyalty to the United States making policy, now that Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed SB225, a bill to allow illegals to "serve" (and be paid) on state boards that make policy in California. If your interests conflict with theirs, too bad about yours:

According to the San Francisco Chronicle:

SACRAMENTO — Undocumented immigrants [sic] and other non-citizens will be allowed to serve on state boards and commissions after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a package of bills Saturday intended to integrate immigrants further into society.

SB225 by Sen. Maria Elena Durazo, D-Los Angeles, expands eligibility for state appointments to any California resident over the age of 18.

In a signing message, Newsom said applicants deserved to be considered on their merits, rather than their immigration status.

"Building a more representative government requires an assessment of barriers that prevent talented and qualified Californians from consideration for public service," he said. "California doesn't succeed in spite of our diversity — our state succeeds because of it."

I am certain now that Newsome has been bought and paid for. There can be no other satisfactory explanation for his treasonous behavior IMHO.

Gavin Newsom recall petition: 600,000 signatures expected by end of October

The California constitution vests all the state’s federal / regulatory powers in the elected members of the state legislature, not in non-elected bureaucrats running state boards that are not defined in California’s constitution, institutionally indoctrinated California lawmakers probably establishing these boards to do their dirty, unpopular, unconstitutional legislative work for them.

"Article IV, California Constitution

Section 1

Text of Section 1:

The legislative power of this State is vested in the California Legislature which consists of the Senate and Assembly, but the people reserve to themselves the powers of initiative and referendum."

From related threads…

Congress to the rescue of Californians being oppress by non-elected state boards!

The Founding States gave Congress the express constitutional power to guarantee each state a republican form of government which the current California state government is depriving Californians of.

"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

H O W E V E R…

We’re still stuck with a worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably continue to waste its time with a politically correct “impeachment inquiry” of PDJT while renegade California state government oppresses the people.

The remedy for constitutionally failed federal and state governments…

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to fully support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, now KAG, but also consider this.

The new patriot Congress also needs to promise to exercise its express constitutional power to guarantee each state a republican form of government by making penal laws to discourage state actors from ignoring California’s legal majority citizen voters.

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA! Now KAG! (Keep America Great!)

Good move, Gavin.

Just make sure they attend all the meetings so we know where to find them—before they are deported!

Well, if good people are planning on moving out of California, I hope the significant portion of them do it before the census next summer. Maybe if enough fed up responsible people leave, we can reduce the number of electors/representatives the remaining leftist in the state will have.

Here you have a Governor willfully breaking the law. We really no longer have a country. We now have a large segment of the population that will not be ruled in their hearts by God and therefore will certainly not submit to man's laws. They have become gods unto themselves and have no problem determining a persons worth and who lives or dies. The next 20 years we are going to witness horrors beyond imagining.

Last night, I was sitting in a lawn chair on my back deck. It's fall here, temps were in the high 60's and sunny. It was beautiful. As I sat there soaking it in I realized everything I looking at, my yard, my house, everything is already lost just not yet destroyed.

I wondered about my neighbors and how shocked, unprepared, and surprised they are going to be and I was sad that most are without any kind of real faith. Many are champions of these kinds of leftist policies that are destroying this nation. As I thought about all these things, knowing it ends in a tyrannical murderous fury, knowing full well they will blame conservatives and especially Christians for the misery, I knew then what spiritual blindness is really like. How utterly hopeless the knowing the Truth is without Christ. I've already processed this in my mind, it is coming, I am at peace.

But they aren’t citizens. Or even naturalized citizens.

They shouldn’t be on any company’s board.

You are miscomprehending this new law. This allows illegals to be placed on government boards. . . Hired and make and control policy decision for citizens of the state, counties, and cities, as well as all government agencies.

Isn’t it next door to impossible to get appointed to these anyway? You pretty much have to be buddies with the governor (mayor for city boards)?

And exactly WHO do you think will be appointing these illegal aliens to thes boards??? The same progressive socialists who are advocating letting them come across the border in golden hordes. . . To appease those same hordes. . . Whom they will soon allow to vote. Some of the boards they are going to appoint them to are VOTING BOARDS. . . Get it?

true that. But the Rich White Lw’rs think that when Mexico takes over, they will be welcomed with open arms. Mexico will in fact confiscate their wealth and property and give it to Mexican citizens. And when they cry for help from the Federal government, DC will say: You left the Union, sorry
