Bankruptcy court. Then the Democrats can try to provide their own electricty, Venezuela style. Someone needs to sue the crap out of the state because their decades of “saving the forests” and resisting forest management resulted in the million acres of fuel that was left on the ground.

From the taxpayers. See, what happens is the people are taxed for it then it’s returned by PG&E through rebated bills when CA taxes PG&E or something ....
