Departed “Today” anchor Ann Curry could “destroy” her former co-host Matt Lauer if she spills all on the disgraced star, according to a report.
Curry — who worked alongside Lauer from 1997 to 2012 — has not revealed the extent of allegations leveled against her NBC colleague, a source tells US Weekly.
“Ann has maintained a dignified silence, but a lot of people confided in her years ago and still do to this day,” the source told the outlet. “She knows more than most about the man Matt really is, and when she finally speaks out, it will destroy him.”

The dude was way past his prime. He may have appealed to female viewers, but once he went gray and bald, he probably lost a lot of them.
So lets put yourself in her position. Lets say you’re pulling down $5M. Your co-worker is pulling down $15M. And your co-worker is doing some really bad stuff. Not necessarily illegal, and not impacting his work performance, but bad nonetheless. Oh, and by the way, you know the higher ups already know whats going on.
If you go to the higher ups and tell them WHAT THEY ALREADY KNOW, word will get out that you’re a rat, you’re done in the business. If he goes down, you go down. That fat paycheck is gone forever. Are you going to talk? Or just keep your head down and do your job?
Ann is 62. Matt’s victims were in their 20s and 30s. Matt liked young girls that were ok with sleeping their way to the top. Even if it meant rough sex with an old guy.
