If the U.S. court system doesn't interfere with White House policy, the Trump administration will expand on their current success and continue to make strides with immigration reform, said Ken Cuccinelli, acting director of the Citizenship and Immigration Services, on "Fox & Friends" Thursday

Maybe cuccinelli didn't notice that the US court system have been ravaging President Trump over immigration for the last few years.

Well it's Trump's fault if he listens to pissant district judges. I think he is waiting for a majority in the House again, then he can begin ignoring overreaches by the court.

I remember some time ago, Terry Schiavo in Florida, they were going to pull the plug on her life support and Jeb was fighting it. He threatened to ignore the State Supreme court..basically.."How you going to enforce your ruling, I execute the laws and no one in the FDLE is going to lift a finger until I say"...the court knew they had NOTHING. Some silliness came out the court was going to have the bailiff come down and arrest the Governor. Was laughed off as that is illegal. The courts, even the Supremes are basically paper tigers unless the Congress acts with them. Was designed this way...to prevent judicial tyranny. But not worked out like that.

I can’t think of a single societal disaster that didn’t originate with, or wasn’t condoned by Scotus.

Giving welfare, public education to illegals are two of them.

The reason Trump has to obey every pissant federal tyrant in a black robe is because he has the GOP at his flank.

And at your flank is the last place one wants to have the GOP.

Let’s hope Pres. Trump puts the full package out there. This should be part of a Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement bill. The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement, missing since 1987 goes like this -

1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens’ victim restitution fund.

Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove colonizadors from our welfare rolls.

He is laying blame where blame belongs and stating the fact that if the courts would stay out of places they have no business being in, progress that’s good for Americans will be made....needs to be said as often as possible.
