I don't know why folks here are so down on Pence all the time. I have watched him debate. He is good, quick, tough and to the point. Trump kind of bludgeons you to death. Pence, it's just straight to the heart.

Because secretly, some here on FR don't believe being a good upstanding Christian man is a good thing. They have been caught up in the vulgar culture that exists today. He's too much of a boy scout for some.

Pence's problem is that he's a long-time GOP establishment politician -- which is the type of Republican leader who has pretty much worn out his welcome here on Free Republic.

I'm fine with him as the V.P. In fact, he may be a perfect counterpart to a character like Donald Trump!

Most, if not most, hate our President as much as Pelosi/Ryan and their scum do.
