In the late '80s or early '90s, Rep. Gerry Studds, MA (D), was "bending over" the [male] Congressional pages, and the House didn't boot him out.

I think they censured him, and he turned his back during the official pronouncement.

And, he has some sort of national maritime reserve or the like named after him.
