...According to message guidance in the memo:
1. When discussing Trumps actions, keep the language simple, direct and values-based: President Trump abused his power and put himself above the law when he asked the Ukrainian president to interfere in the U.S. election.
2. Emphasize the core value that no one is above the law. Incumbent members who support the inquiry are simply working to uphold the rule of law and Republicans who oppose the inquiry are failing to fulfill their oath of office.
3. The whistleblower did the right thing by coming forward members of Congress have the duty to protect this person, and Trump is wrong to threaten this person and impugn their character or motives.
4. Demonstrate your constant focus on the biggest issues facing families in the country specifically health care and wage. These issues continue to outrank impeachment as priorities for voters, especially swing voter. By focusing on these and local issues you can show voters the you know how to focus on their top priorities, while also navigating the impeachment inquiry. [Emphasis included]

Pleeeeeeaaaaaaaassssssssse run on that.
Dems are evil. They don’t care about the people, just their own agenda of destroying president Trump.
People are starting to figure it out.
I like number 3. This from the people who have cornered the art of character assassination, including attacks on everyone who voted for Trump or belongs to the NRA.
message guidance = These things aren’t true, but spread the word.
Too many people are awake now. Any talking point can be obliterated within seconds via a tweet from conservatives.
This is a lie. He did not do that. This is pure fantasy. Why don't they claim he put himself above the law by having a busload of Nuns murdered?
2. Emphasize the core value that no one is above the law.
Great, so the democrats now support enforcing immigration laws and deporting people here illegally? Fantastic, let's get started. Because as you say, no-one is above the law.
3. The whistleblower did the right thing by coming forward...
Except he (?) is not a whistleblower, he is a paid actor. They admit the so-called "whistleblower" has no first hand knowledge of the events he/she is trying to relate. This is pure hearsay. Hey, I heard Elvis was spotted in a truck stop out on I-40... Same exact thing.
4. Demonstrate your constant focus on the biggest issues facing families in the country specifically health care and wage.
Yes, yes, YES! Please emphasize these issues. With President Trump's policies we've seen unemployment shrink, wages grow... The 'rats positions on taxes, regulation, and healthcare will trash everything back into a 2008/2009 slump. We've seen it. Go ahead, run anyone against President Trump trying to use these issues. Please.
My immediate come-back is that the Democrats are treating Trump as though he is BELOW the law.
The average rat pol would rather be a tyrant over a miserable country than be a bystander in a free, prosperous, and happy nation.
