Can the mentally ill legally vote?
As I understand it, and I could be wrong, only if they are dead...
In all seriousness, is anyone disqualified for voting an that basis? I haven’t heard of it. If they can get registered, I guess it’s full steam ahead.
I’m certainly not an expert on it.
