RE: So, I was trying to picture what cities were NOT on this list. So far I’ve only come up with Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City and Tucson.
I don’t see Honolulu, Anchorage, San Antonio, Charleston, SC, or any city in Alabama for that matter.
Well, I guess climate is not a factor for the less rat-infested cities, then. Wonder what else is going on?
