It makes Rochester seem nice.
Haven't been to Buffalo in 10 years so no comment.
However, I've lived in Rochester (suburb) since 1964 and it was a great place to live.
But after Kodak, Xerox, GM, and a few others disappeared, the city has died a slow, ugly and painful death.

A lot of people have roots and don’t want to leave, even though the jobs are gone. I was being a smart ass, but it’s sad to drive through formerly decent places.
I was in Bethlehem PA just today. The steel industry isn’t coming back.
