They need 2/3rds. When Trump wins with 2/3rds of the electoral vote and a five point vote margin, it will be moot.

Don’t think so. When they see they are nowhere close to removing POTUS I suspect that every Republican except Pierre will vote against it. I also suspect more than one Rat will vote no. I suspect it will be 56 to 43 or so.
