Collins projects herself as if she is some great thinker. Well, this isn't rocket science.
Collins will sign on and Murkowski, her boot licker, will follow. Then, the great one, Romney will rise and sign it as if he was the one who thought this was a good idea. He's already said he wishes it was more open. So this is just stage time for Romney.
