Couple of problems for the Democrat Fascists here.
It all based on his feelings. No legal standing at all to his feelings.
If he was sworn in, he violated his military oath and perjured himself. Here is the transcript of the call he supposedly is testifying about. It contradicts his “testimony”.

what do you mean? That if he took the oath he violated his military oath?
Does he say anywhere that the transcript is wrong or incomplete? If so then he has something he must prove. If not he should just STFU .
