No. Senate controls the actual impeachment trial.
Once we are in control the witnesses listed above can be called and compelled to testify under oath.
This is why they’ll never actually impeach Trump. But they want to blame Republicans for stopping it.
We want Democrats on the actual record voting to impeach so we can target those in purple districts. We want the trial in the Senate to bring out evidence of the coup plotters.

It’s wrong because blue state GOP Senators like Collins and Gardner are also going to be “on the record.” Pelosi & Schumer will happily trade a couple House districts for control of the Senate. With the GOP House retirements already piling up it is almost certain the Dems will retain the House.
