PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Terry Bean, the high-profile Democratic donor and activist, bailed out of jail the same day he was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Portland police. His lawyer, Derek Ashton – who was arrested hours earlier – also posted bail and was released from jail.
Court documents say the men arranged a $200,000 payment to a 15-year-old boy to make sex abuse charges against Bean go away.
Bean was arrested on a warrant accusing him of 2 counts of 3rd-degree sodomy — both felonies — and a misdemeanor sexual abuse charge on a case that was first filed in 2015.
Ashton represented Bean in that case.

Sodomy, bribery...in other words a typical day at the Democratic party.
If I were advising the 15 year old young man, I’d tell him to take the $200,000 bribe, keep $100,000 for college, go to the police and tell them you just received a $100,000 bribe.
Perps still go to prison, and the boy might be able to get a good education out of it.

Bean and Buck can share a cell.
I’m glad to see that prosecution of this case is still active. Bean needs to have the book thrown at him - hard. This one rape of a minor is probably only the tip of the iceberg.
