I have used all kinds of saws including gas powered concrete saws. The propagandists exaggerated much about what the reciprocating saw will do. The following is true, though.
"Current and former CBP officials confirmed that there have been cutting breaches, but they said the new bollard system remains far superior and more formidable than any previous barrier design.
Some of the damage has happened in areas where construction crews have yet to complete the installation of electronic sensors that, once operational, will more quickly detect the vibrations sawing produces on the bollards, the officials said. They also said one of the main advantages of the steel bollard system - which stands between 18 and 30 feet tall - is that damaged panels can be easily repaired or replaced."

Pointed out by another freeper on this subject. If they were cutting holes in the new fence it would be front page and top story all over the US. I don’t believe there’s an actual picture of this event.

As anyone knows that has any experience here, tryng to cut tube steel with concrete in it is a real chore.

Dynamite would have punched a hole in the Berlin Wall, or the Great Wall of China.
If we dont want them coming through, kill them. A painted line in the desert sand would be enough.
Until the invasion is treated as the existential threat it actually is, they will just keep coming
