This caught my eye:
Tramontano would like to talk with U/S Novelli about getting a better understanding of how the U.S. came to the determination that the company is corrupt. So at the time this was sent the State Department had determined on their own in agreement with the Ukrainian prosecutor that Burisma was corrupt. Yet VP Joe Biden went over there and had the prosecutor fired in exchange for the aid money. His alibi was he did it because the prosecutor was corrupt but this is clearly a lie if the State Department supported his case against Burisma.
