Her lawyer, Justin Shur, told CNN that Williams would testify “if required to appear.” Would that require a subpoena? Can Schiff issue a subpoena? They aren't really having a proper impeachment, right?

As earlier, what impeachment? They agreed/voted on methodology only as far as I understand (?) and no formal impeachment is in place or vote taken. So, I don’t believe schff-4-brains can issue a valid subpoena. Why any of these people are showing up seems like an intimidation tactic/bullying to me. But the tolerant DUH-mo-crats are famous for that.
