EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans plan to call Hunter Biden, the Ukraine whistleblower and a range of other witnesses to testify in the upcoming public Trump impeachment hearings, according to a witness list obtained exclusively by Fox News.
It is unclear, at this point, how many of the Republicans’ proposed witnesses will be approved by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and the Democrats, because the newly-approved resolution governing the impeachment inquiry give the approval power to the chairman and the members of the majority.
"Americans see through this sham impeachment process, despite the Democrats' efforts to retroactively legitimize it last week," House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes wrote in a letter to Schiff on Saturday, referencing the impeachment rules.
"To provide transparency to your otherwise opaque and unfair process, and after consultation with [House Oversight Committee] Ranking Member Jim Jordan and [House Foreign Affairs Committee] Ranking Member Michael McCaul, the American people deserve to hear from the following witnesses in an open setting," he continued.
At the top of Republicans’ list is former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, who has emerged as a central figure in the Ukraine controversy due to his business dealings...

Republicans are also requesting that the “more than half a dozen sources” the whistleblower cited in their complaint to the Intelligence Community Inspector General, whose identities also remain anonymous, attend for a public deposition.
I’m guessing it will be: “Denied.”
What sort of favors did Ukraine receive from the Soetoro administration?
Read that there were the “on the books” payments to Hunter Biden. We know about those. 50 grand a month.
But there were also “off the book” payments.
Rudy G. said he had the goods. Bank records of money traveling through two or three counties and then to Hunter Biden.
Expect Hunter to plead the 5th.
Sen. Rand Paul: “You’ve heard of the Constitution, right? The Constitution has the Sixth Amendment.”
Paul went on to explain that the Sixth Amendment included the right of the accused to confront any accusers, suggesting that allowing the whistleblower to remain anonymous would then be a de facto denial of Trump’s Sixth Amendment rights.
Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham also argued that the whistleblower was not guaranteed anonymity, telling reporters, “The whistleblower statute was never meant to give you anonymity. It was meant to allow you to come forward without being fired.”

Sixth Amendment:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
I doubt Schiff/Pelosi will allow any on the list to testify, but this will give Nunes, Radcliff and Jordan substantial material to demonstrate to anyone watching that the hearings and impeachment are a sham.

Calling Hunter Biden as a witness will scare the pants off the cabal.
And Hunter and Joe Biden are now thinking,
“EPSTEIN DIDN’T KILL HIMSELF”.
They can’t to my knowledge deny the request.
Democrats are likely going to veto it further delegitimizing their inquest.
They don’t want to discover the truth; they have their minds made up.
If Schiffty refuses isn’t that obstruction? If Schiffty has had communication with anyone involved isn’t that collusion?
That is to be expected, but Schiff will be forced to defend.
Jordan will publicly humiliate him.

Some of these folks may be taking a walk in a park or going to a gym to work out or taking the stairs to their apartment or have a problem tying their neck ties or their work out equipment breaks.
Schiff has the power to deny. From this article:

While Republicans opposed the resolution and complained the rules were unfair, they still gave minority Republicans the ability to subpoena witnesses, with the concurrence of Democratic committee chairs. If the chair does not consent, the minority can appeal to the full committee.
This process still gives Democrats final say over witnesses.”
