OFFS! One sad and also proud moment was when my mom and I accepted the folded flag and shell casings from when my dad was interred at the National Cemetary in Santa Fe NM. This is an insult to all who served and serve 'UV'. Shame on you. Guess we know who we CAN'T count on in a time of need. Salute to Veterans!

One sad and also proud moment was when my mom and I accepted the folded flag and shell casings from when my dad was interred at the National Cemetery in Riverside CA.

Eight years on, my son still wears one of the shell casings on a chain around his neck, along with dad's dog tags.

40+ years since my dad. Somewhere along the way the casing have gone astray. Flag is still proudly displayed. Salute to Veterans.
