Honestly, socialism and Communism should be outlawed along with cannibalism. Karl Marx should be mentioned with the same disdain as Hitler.

I find it fascinating that the swastika is reviled, but that the hammer and sickle is socially acceptable in many circles. Google ‘hammer and sickle’ and click on the shopping button to seem some of what is on offer.

Absolutely agree. Part of the problem is that Marxism is looked upon like high quality Stilton or aged Gouda cheese - a sign of sophistication, ‘taste’, and intellectualism. Seriously. The number of truly stupid things that come out of the mouths of academics and self-described ‘intellectuals’ is astounding (and these are the delusional people who are extolling the ‘virtues’ of Marxism). If they replaced the faculty of the Ivy's with fifth grade classes from around the nation, the degree of common sense, open-mindedness, and understanding would go up dramatically.

But understandable; rigging elections is a sensitive issue with the ballot harvesting, superdelegate hiring leftist media. No names, of course, but if the chardonnay swilling, Parkinson’s shaking glove fits...

Very odd to see it at Pearl Harbor during a visit by Japanese Navy. OTH not likely very popular in Korea or China...

The people killed and imprisoned by the Nazis were mostly based on racial and ethnic grounds. The people killed and imprisoned by the Communists were mostly based on political beliefs. Both sets of victims were innocent people, but you can see how somne on the left thinks by this. Death for identity is abhorrent, death for ideology is justified.
