Correct. McCabre was “referred” and “decline to prosecute.
Also, there is word this is being held up so that Congress will first pass FISA renewal. Ugh.

Wasn’t Comey named as someone referred for prosecution — and then Barr didn’t? I think that was the last report that came out about six months ago.

I want to feel good about this however, what if all it ever is, is a referral? A referral that they decline to pursue. Are you sure about that? My understanding is that they have already had a grand jury. I don't thing we are looking at referrals at this point just indictments.
