So the police officer warned this idiot, politely, that eating on the platform was against the law and asked him to put his sandwich away. Instead of obeying the officer, this idiot acted like a complete you know what. A few minutes later, the officer sees this idiot eating his sandwich again. He tells the idiot he’s going to give him a citation. The idiot then escalates the situation by disobeying the law enforcement officer, refuses to give him his identification, and basically acts like a complete you know what. In other words, the citizen eating a sandwich acted like any free American should. People with attitudes such as yours are not fit to live under our Constitution, IMO.
What about the following Rule when using BART which apparently you don't understand.
