One of my clients has a business making salads for several major fast food chains.
He hires people from a temp agency. These people are the bottom of the barrel. NO HS degree and he has an old “short bus” his employee drives to the temp agency to pick up the people because they have no license.
He showed me the operation one day. I never eat salads from 2 FF places anymore.
