There are a lot of crimes in this deceptive charade, starting with evidence tampering, obstruction of justice, fraud by omission, false statement, witness tampering and more. Obviously, there is a conspiracy charge that can be tagged on to each of the substantive crimes.

It absolutely is indeed organized criminal conspiracy. The media, NGOs, the propaganda machine, the CIA, the FBI, the house, etc. Even if each effort source is considered to be innocent in it's self, The combination and inter-collaboration is the very definition of an Organized Criminal Conspiracy.
