Starting next year, the Chick-fil-A Foundation plans to give $9M to
organizations like Junior Achievement USA to support education, Covenant
House International to fight homelessness and community food banks for its
hunger initiative in each city where the chain operates. The company intends
to dedicate $25K to a local food bank each time it opens a new location.

Covenant House International was embroiled in a HUGE scandal years ago. The Catholic Priest who founded it (supposedly to rescue homeless teens from a life of sexual exploitation) was himself found guilty of sexually abusing those teens.

My grandmother had given them large amounts of money before this happened and she was FURIOUS! Granted different people are in charge now, but the brand is stained beyond repair. Really they should have shut this down.
