In what will undoubtedly be interpreted by many as an act of defiance against President Trump, the top Navy SEAL, Rear Admiral Collin Green, will notify Navy SEAL Edward Gallagher and three other officers that their case is being sent to a review board which could end in their expulsion from the SEALS.
"This is a review of their suitability to be a SEAL," a Navy Officer said. The action would come less than a week after Mr. Trump intervened in the military justice case against Gallagher by ordering him restored to the rank of Chief Petty Officer, despite his conviction for posing for a photograph with a dead ISIS prisoner.

Well it seems like Rear Admiral Collin Green and others are attempting are trying to override what their Commander in Chief instructed.
All President Trump has to do is court marshal ear Admiral Collin Green, and dishonorably discharge him and all those involved.
Time to alert President Trump that the Deep State is still trying to get Gallagher.

That is probably how some of these O-6 types got where they are - being “fast tracked” by Obama’s henchmen and women.

Clearly insubordination and they did not come up with this until after Eddie Gallaher was pardoned. Thus, they are disobeying a direct order.

This is probably the next set up for impeachment after The Whistleblower stuff fails. They’ll say he subverted military Justice and try to call that impeachable.

Pardon me but, I believe the man has his hands full. He’s under 24/7/365 attack by The Swamp, the MSM and is getting little help from anyone outside the few members of a small caucus in the House.
District judges across the nation issuing Nationwide Injunctions to his every attempt to make changes to Obama Policies and then having to fight through the court system all the way to the SC to finally get his policies approved.
And, even then, after SC rulings in some cases there are further Injunctions issued.
No other politician could even come close to getting accomplished what President Trump has accomplished faced with such overwhelming opposition with very little support at all from his own party.
And my biggest gripe with Trump is he has done nothing to clean up the mess left by Obama at the Pentagon.
POTUS is riding solo in the swamp. He can only fight so many political battles without his party on his flanks.
Can you think of reasons for why Trump is draining the swamp in a manner different from how you want it done?

The man certainly has his hands full, like you say he’s under 24/7/365 attack, yet has accomplished tremendous things....if hasn’t gotten to everything he should, so be it, I’m amazed he’s willing to hang in there and keep fighting...
With extreme prejudice. These jackasses were NOT elected by anyone, and are answerable to the Cmdr. in Chief. Anyone that subordinate should face a firing squad,. Or perhaps be keel-hauled, given that he’s an admiral.
The ENTIRE government is out of control I used to believe that the military was above this however I now believe that OUR military would absolutely side with the people of the coup!!!!!
