In fact this is true but the idea is that the whole story is a provocation by the Ukrainian government with the purpose to provoke exactly that headline.
The picture of the ‘temple’ treadstarter included in a post is intentionally misleading.
Actual ‘church’ ordered removed is a small wooden shed with a cross on it installed by the schismatic political Ukrainian government church on someone’s else land (in the front yard of an apartment building in fact and in a manner to obstruct the use of the building by residents).
The only purpose of this building was to get demolished and to provoke headline like that.
