A President has the right and power to set conditions for the United States cooperation in all matters when it comes to foreign policy. He also has the right to use and send whatever envoy or representative he relies on to convey those conditions and he has no obligation to inform underlings of his decisions.

That being said, this impeachment is more about preventing the Ukraine from investigating the Biden’s than it is about investigating and impeaching Trump.

The Democrats are basically shaking down the Ukraine and telling them not to investigate the Biden’s. Trump told them to investigate, so now they are stuck between a rock and hard place but if I were running the Ukraine I’d go with Trump and investigate and even charge Biden.

After all... Trump is likely to be President for another 4 years while Nancy and her cabal will be out of power after the 2020 elections.

Some Republican Congresswoman on the committee, should ask one or more of the witnesses, “Do you know a man by the name of Eric Ciaramella ?”

Then watch what Schitt does.

If he pounces and demands the question be withdrawn or that the witness not answer the question, then she should ask , “Why? Is Ciaramella somebody that is special?”

Schitt will not be able to answer the question, because if he does he will disclose that he knows who Ciaramella is and will therefore have lied about not knowing him...........

The question is who got to Sondland? All the previous testimony said there was no Quid Pro Quo and this witness is saying there was and all the high officials were involved. And to top it off, he changes his testimony from earlier. So what happened? Who put the horse’s head in his bed? I suspect some Dems or neverer Trumpers have some really bad personal info about him they threatened him with or maybe Biden’s goons said it would be a shame if something happened to his nice family.

What’s the purpose of these hearings if pencil Neck and everybody else already has a transcript of what these Deep Staters are going to say. Anybody know the answer, Chris Wallace is saying this is the day Trump will lead out of the White Hiouse in handcuffs. Sondland is the smoking gun who will prove Trump is a lying POS and Pencil Neck should be President.

WIKI-——On September 26, 2019, the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released the unclassified text of the whistleblower complaint regarding the interactions between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.[46] In this document, Ambassador Sondland, along with the U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, Ambassador Kurt Volker, were described as having “provided advice to the Ukrainian leadership about how to ‘navigate’ the demands that the President had made of Mr. Zelensky”.[47] After further investigation, The Washington Post concluded that Sondland had “seized control of the Ukraine portfolio to help Trump.”[48]

In the complaint released by the US Select committee on Intelligence, Sondland’s involvement in President Donald Trump’s activity was outlined in a text conversation with the interim US chargé d’affaires for Ukraine Bill Taylor: [12:47:11 AM] Bill Taylor: “As I said on the phone, I think it’s crazy to withhold security assistance for help with a political campaign.” It took Sondland approximately 5 hours to reply to Taylor’s text message, and it was later revealed that Sondland had called Trump prior to writing a response, in which the president repeated the phrase “no quid pro quo” several times.[49]

[9/9/2019, 5:19:35 AM] Gordon Sondland: Bill, I believe you are incorrect about President Trump’s intentions. The President has been crystal clear no quid pro quo’s of any kind. The President is trying to evaluate whether Ukraine is truly going to adopt the transparency and reforms that President Zelensky promised during his campaign I suggest we stop the back and forth by text If you still have concerns I recommend you give Lisa Kenna or S a call to discuss them directly. Thanks.[50]

On October 8, the Trump administration attempted to block Sondland from testifying in the impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump.[51] Sondland testified October 17, 2019.[52][53][54][55][56][57]

On November 5, the New York Times reported that Sondland had provided updated testimony stating that he did in fact view delivery of the aid package as contingent upon the Ukrainian government publicly opening an investigation of Trump’s political rivals as desired by the President. According to the testimony, he relayed this position to Ukrainian government officials.[58]

In early November Fiona Hill testified that Sondland, as a newcomer unaccustomed to diplomatic protocols, exhibited behavior that was “comical” but “deeply concerning”, and his lack of adherence to security protocols made him a “counterintelligence risk.” Her manager John Bolton told her: “I am not part of whatever drug deal Sondland and Mulvaney are cooking up.”[59]

On November 13, William Taylor, the acting head of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, testified that a staff member who was later identified as David Holmes told him that he overheard a phone conversation about Ukraine “investigations” between Sondland and the president at a restaurant in Kyiv. The call was made the day following Trump’s phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in which he asked Zelenskiy to investigate corruption. Taylor said there were two other people having lunch in the restaurant, and they heard the conversation as well.[60]

Appearing in a closed-door inquiry on November 15, in a written opening statement Holmes said he heard Trump ask, “So, he’s gonna do the investigation?” and Sondland replied, “he’s gonna do it” adding Zelensky will do “anything you ask him to.” Holmes also testified that Sondland later told him that Trump “did not give a shit about Ukraine” and “only cared about the big stuff ... the big stuff that benefits the president like the Biden investigation that Mr. Giuliani was pushing.” In the same conversation, Sondland was also heard to characterize President Zelensky’s strongly favorable view of President Trump, informing the latter that Zelenskiy “loves your ass.” [61]

U.S. security experts were alarmed by the fact that Sondland called a U.S. president on an unsecured line in a public place, particularly in Ukraine, where calls are assumed to be monitored by Russia.[62]

On November 16, the House impeachment investigators released the closed-door testimony of former National Security Council official Tim Morrison. Morrison voiced concerns saying that during the time that he had worked with Sondland he was not following the normal diplomatic process as used by other personnel but rather was on “a second track,” chiefly led by Sondland, “where Rudy Giuliani’s name would come up.”

Morrison also testified that he had heard from Sondland that “US aid to Ukraine was conditioned on the country announcing an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.” Morrison said that on September 7, Sondland told him of a phone call he’d had from Trump in which the president said, “that there was no quid pro quo, but President Zelensky must announce the opening of the investigations and he should want to do it.”[63]

During his public testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives on November 19, 2019, Morrison stated that Sondland confirmed to him that there was indeed a quid pro quo for US aid to Ukraine and Sondland told him this following a telephone conversation Sondland had with Ukraine official Andriy Yermak on September 1, 2019.[64]

Explosive? This is how the Democrat media characterizes a nothingburger.

Again, what’s the crime here? Not one of the Democrats’ own witnesses has accused the President of bribery.

At worse they have accused him of not adopting their policy preferences. Not a crime and it doesn’t rise to the level of an impeachable offense.

And Greg Sondland too conveniently changed his testimony to get out of a jam.

In the introduction, Sondland acknowledges that corruption was of major concern for the Ukraine. He then claims that Rudy, under the direction of the President, was trying to orchestrate a quid pro quo to investigate corruption related to interference in the 2016 election and Burisma. Otherwise, Sondland engages in a lot of hand wringing about having to work with Rudy, which is frankly, not his call.

So Sondland states right up front that Ukraine was highly corrupt, but seems to be complaining that going after said corruption should not be required in order to earn U.S. aid. This is also NOT HIS CALL.

Media show designed to manipulate weak minds, with full knowledge that weak minds make up the majority of America’s population, all done in the hope to effect a desired polling result.

"And Greg Sondland too conveniently changed his testimony to get out of a jam."

Bingo! I can imagine how that conversation went:

One of Schiff's minions: "You've been entirely too honest in your testimony up 'til now, Amb. Sondland. Not to worry, though. Comrade Schiff likes you, and is willing to give you one more chance to get on board with His righteous quest. Read and study these materials. Commit them to memory, and when you're called back to testify, just stick to the script. Don't get creative or go off message. Are we clear, Amb. Sondland?"

Sondland: "Yes, sir. "

So sorry Never Trumper but you lose, again.

Here the problem for you pair of pathetic Demcorat Facist Propaganda bots.

Ukraine got the aid, they never launched the investigation.

So sorry but you “quid pro quo” scam is exposed as just another lie.

It start with the Ukrainians have all ready shot this lie dead. There is no truth to these accusation at the President. It a wholly make up attempt to distract and deflect from real criminal wrong doing by the Democrats in the Ukraine during Obama’s regime

Ukraine Foreign Minister: U.S. Aid, Investigations Were ‘Never’ linked

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/11/14/ukraine-foreign-minister-aid-investigations-were-never-linked/

READ THE TRANSCRIPT you lying scumbags in the Fake News

https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Unclassified09.2019.pdf

Here is the problem for the Democrat Fascists and their toadies in the Fake New Media.

We will let them assume EVERYTHING is true and accurate in the “transcripts. We allow this nonsense of hearsay, feeling and assumptions to be allowed as “evidence”.

There is still no crime here.

If “Quid Pro Quo” or “bibery” or what ever they are lyinging call it today is a “Crime”, Joe Biden is guilty of one while VP.

Watch the video of him bragging about it.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2019/09/27/flashback_2018_joe_biden_brags_at_cfr_meeting_about_withholding_aid_to_ukraine_to_force_firing_of_prosecutor.html

The President would have a legal obligation to investigate this “crime” So if it is a crime, Trump was doing his duty, it is is NOT a crime what Biden did it would still need to be investigated to verify. In either case Trump is not guilty of anything.

It is either a crime or it is not. It cannot be a crime for Trump but not for Biden. If it is a crime, Trump is legally obligated to help investigate Bidens actions. .

Either way there is no legal standing to this continuing farce in the US House.
